Some coaches are being fired a couple of weeks before the season ends. But, most of them lose their jobs after Week 17. Rams, Niners, Bills, Jaguars, Broncos, Chargers are among the teams that are right now looking for a new head coach. Who knows what is going to happen with the Bengals or Saints. Let’s see which jobs are the best right now.

3.San Diego Chargers – McCoy is gone. Now, the Chargers are looking to improve their defense, get their guys healthy on the offensive side of the ball and challenge their divisional rivals next week. A defensive minded coach is wanted in San Diego.

2.Buffalo Bills – This team has underachieved two years in a row under Rex Ryan. Bills have some serious talent on both sides of the ball. All they need is someone to implement the winning culture here. Buffalo is also without their defensive coordinator right now, so they have a lot of work to do. Still, this is a very good place for a new head coach.

1.Denver Broncos – One of the best defenses and some serious firepower at the wideout position are now without a head coach. Siemian is a decent quarterback, but this offensive line did a horrible job this season. With a good coach and a renewed offensive line, this team could be right back to the list of serious Super Bowl contenders. This is the best head coach job opening in the NFL right now.
